Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Reservation & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all bookings
  • Non-refundable (NRF) bookings cannot be cancelled or modified

Guests & Visitors

  • Registered guests only; outside visitors must be approved by the resort
  • Maximum occupancy per room must be respected

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
  • Smoking inside the room will result in a cleaning fee

Damage & Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items during the stay
  • The resort is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests

Safety

  • Please follow staff instructions and safety guidelines within the resort area

  • Children must be supervised at all times

Environmental Care

  • Please help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights, fans, and air-conditioning when leaving the room
